What is the warranty included in the purchase of an ETNIA Barcelona product?

Sunglasses

Manufacturing defect: in this case, we send you new glasses. Our warranty policy lasts 30 months.

Scratches lenses: our lenses are made of pure mineral glass from the Italian manufacturer Barberini. They are the best lenses in the world and offer the best quality on the market. That’s why it’s very unlikely that they would have any manufacturing defects or scratch because of use. For that reason, this is not included in our warranty policy.

Nonetheless, we will always look into every specific case to see how we can help you.

In the case of glasses purchased at the optician’s shop, you should contact the optician where you purchased them directly. Explain your case so they can apply the corresponding warranty policy.

Reimbursements

Reimbursement to your account: depends on the type of card you have used to make the purchase.

If you paid with a debit card, the return will take one business day.

If you paid with a credit card, it will depend on the conditions between you and your bank. Normally, you will see it with your monthly account information along with other transactions.

If you paid with PayPal, the reimbursement will be shown immediately, and PayPal will also notify you by email.

How can I return a product?

You return any product free of charge within seven days or receiving the order and we will return your money. Contact our Customer Service department.

When we receive your request, we will alert the courier service to make the pick-up. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will make the reimbursement.

In the case of glasses purchased at the optician’s shop, you should address the optician where you purchased them. The return will be subject to the optician’s return policy.
